Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers really comfortable rooms compared to similar ones. The swimming pool with empty shampoo bottles was lovely. The service, despite some pressure to pay immediately, was very friendly and helpful. The location close to Ataturk Airport and Marym's helpfulness stand out positively. However, the bad city congestion delays reaching Istanbul's center. Dining was poor in the evening, and serving wines is prohibited in the area. Facilities are satisfactory overall.
The hotel has very big and clean rooms, but some rooms had a broken toilet flush and were found with a couch and empty shampoo bottles. The service was poor with continuous pressure to pay upfront and unprofessional behavior from the housekeeping manager. The location is convenient for the airport but far from the lively parts of Istanbul. The dining options are subpar with limited choices. Overall, mixed feelings about my stay.
